To access core features of TripNippy, you must register for an account using email/password or authorized third-party OAuth providers (such as Google Sign-In). You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, current, and complete registration data.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• All activities occurring under your user account.

2. Core Features & User Content

Our mobile app enables you to plan, log, and publish your travels:

• Itineraries: You can create and edit travel itineraries.
• Photo Uploads: You can take photos using your device's camera and upload them to record your journey. You own all rights to your photos and content.
• Publishing Logs: If you choose to publish a completed trip, you grant TripNippy a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, host, and distribute your published itineraries and images within our platform for the community.
• Content Policy: You may not upload photos or text that are illegal, obscene, hateful, copyright-infringing, or invade the privacy of others. We reserve the right to remove any violating content.

• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your user content.
